Prescy.ai ("Prescy", "we", "us") helps marketers and businesses track how their business appears across AI search engines. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain — no surprises.
Information we collect
- Account details — the email address and business names you enter when joining the waitlist or creating an account.
- Tracking inputs — the businesses, competitors, and keywords you ask us to monitor.
- Free-check inputs and results — the public business domain and customer-style question submitted to the free checker, plus the AI answers returned for that check. Eligible completed checks are published on a visitor-run public result page.
- Usage data — basic analytics about how you use the product, such as pages viewed and features used.
- Device data — IP address, browser type, and similar technical details collected automatically.
How we use your information
We use it to run AI-visibility tracking for the businesses you specify, deliver your weekly reports and digests, notify you about your waitlist status and product updates, publish eligible visitor-run free-check evidence pages, and improve the accuracy and reliability of the service. We do not sell your personal information.
AI engines and third parties
To measure visibility, we query public AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and Claude using the business terms you provide. We also rely on trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers only access data as needed to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal reasons. Public free-check pages may remain available until they are superseded, removed under our moderation rules, or removed following a valid request sent through the page’s reporting link.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information and to notify you promptly in the unlikely event of a breach affecting your data.
Your rights

Children
Prescy.ai is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
