• Account details — the email address and business names you enter when joining the waitlist or creating an account.
• Tracking inputs — the businesses, competitors, and keywords you ask us to monitor.
• Free-check inputs and results — the public business domain and customer-style questions submitted to a free AI Search Report, plus the AI answers returned. Eligible completed reports are published on a visitor-run public result page. If you save a check to a free account, we keep re-running the same questions automatically and store that history until you delete the saved check or your account.
• Usage data — basic analytics about how you use the product, such as pages viewed and features used.
• Device data — IP address, browser type, and similar technical details collected automatically.

We use it to run AI-visibility tracking for the businesses you specify, deliver Monday action check-ins and monthly measurement reports, send a weekly re-check email if you save a free AI Search Report to a free account, notify you about your waitlist status and product updates, publish eligible visitor-run free-check evidence pages, and improve the accuracy and reliability of the service. We do not sell your personal information.

To measure visibility, we send the buyer-style questions and business terms you provide to third-party AI services — currently OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Perplexity — and record their answers. We also rely on trusted service providers for hosting, database, email delivery and analytics. These providers and AI services only receive the data needed to perform their function, are bound by confidentiality obligations, and do not receive it for their own marketing. We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal reasons. Public free-check pages may remain available until they are superseded, removed under our moderation rules, or removed following a valid request sent through the page’s reporting link.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information and to notify you promptly in the unlikely event of a breach affecting your data.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Prescy.ai is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we will revise the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
